November 30th marks Giving Tuesday, a global day of doing good. It encourages people to give back to communities and organizations to help transform the world!

This holiday season, let’s give back and make a difference. This Giving Tuesday we are trying to raise $10,000 to provide essential food kits to women farmers in Sub-Saharan Africa.
The best part; for every dollar donated, Stevenson Whelton LLP will match every donation that comes in from now until Giving Tuesday (up to $10,000). Your donation will now have twice the impact!
If we reach our goal for Giving Tuesday, we will be able to provide 200 women farmers and their families with food kits.
Why your donation matters this #givingtuesday
This year was truly like no other. Before the pandemic, nearly 47% of Senegal’s population lived in poverty, with 17% experiencing food insecurity. COVID-19 has now exacerbated existing issues such as food insecurity, particularly affecting women farmers who lack the tools, resources and knowledge to adapt their farming practices.
For the past year, Crossroads International has been raising funds for the COVID-19 emergency response in support of women and girls in Sub-Saharan Africa, who have grown even more susceptible to challenges affecting their livelihood, food security, and safety. Although many countries are slowly moving back to normal, as the pandemic eases, there are still countries grappling with the pandemic and its repercussions. This is why we need your support!
