The Volunteer Cooperation Program (VCP) aims to reduce gender inequalities and alleviate poverty by addressing gender-based violence, inequalities in access to resources and economic opportunities, and barriers in exercising strategic forms of choice, voice, and influence.

Description of the partner

Songtaba is an emerging local organisation and needs complementary of its staff capacity in the field of fund raising/business development to support its operations. The organisation currently has no dedicated staff for this role due to the burden of having to deal with the cost of hiring one. We currently multi-task staff to share their time in this function which affects performance in the fund-raising area. To enhance the sustainability of the organisation, it has also become imperative for the organisation to establish a social enterprise to support our continuous operations/financial viability. In this regard we are soliciting for the support of a volunteer to support in this regard.
